We source potential off-market leads for possible evaluation that consist of at least 100 units in size and utilize an experienced cross-functional team during the due diligence period to carefully consider an accepted offer prior to close. Our process consists of a thorough data analysis which includes comparable market rents and capital expenditures necessary to optimize each asset for delivery on targeted cash on cash return and pro forma capitalization rate during each holding period.
